Where Does the Departure Take Place?

 Most of our yachts and boats depart from Indian Creek Drive or the Miami Beach area. Each vessel has a specific dock location. Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive the exact departure details.

According to U.S. Coast Guard regulations, private yacht charters are limited to 12 guests plus the charterer. This number cannot be exceeded at any time while cruising, anchored, or docked. For groups larger than 13, multiple yachts must be booked.

Yes, you are welcome to bring your own food and beverages. However, please note that red wine and other stain-causing drinks are not permitted on board.

We’ve got you covered! In case of severe weather, you may reschedule your charter or request a full refund at no extra cost.

  • Cancel 48 hours or more before your departure: full refund.

  • Cancel less than 48 hours before departure: non-refundable, and the full charter fee will be charged.
    All cancellations must be submitted in writing.

  • Complimentary ice, water, and soda

  • Premium sound system for your own music

  • Licensed captain and crew

  • Fuel

  • Floating water mat for fun in the sun

  • Gratuity (industry standard is 15–20% of the charter price)

  • Shoes (not permitted onboard)

  • Smoking (not permitted; however, vaping and e-cigarettes are allowed)

Absolutely! We can arrange catering, decorations, and custom setups for birthdays, proposals, or any special event. Just let us know your vision.

Yes, our yachts are child-friendly. We provide appropriately sized life vests to ensure safety for younger guests.

To confirm your booking, a 50% deposit is required. Payments can be made via Zelle, Apple Pay, credit card, or cash. The remaining balance, along with fuel and any extras, must be paid on the day of the charter (cash or card).
Please note: A 7% Florida sales tax applies and will be added to credit card payments.
